We did this guy on shop buddy and recent blue crab gourmand, Flop. Apparently when you eat maryland blue crabs the preferred method of serving them is to dump a steaming bucket of the things on some newspaper and then you go after them with a hammer and tongs, but beware! there is a part of the crab known ad the "Devils Fingers" (a.k.a. gills) which is more or less poisonous.

Flop ate them anyway.
